We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stock management. Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
