Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold document security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask professionally.
- High School Diploma preferred, previous retail experience a plus.
