Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintained, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
