Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. As part of our team, you will receive thorough training and participate in a safety program, equipping you with the necessary skills for success.

Position Details

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment in preparation for delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at varying heights.
• Move, prepare, and deliver merchandise to store locations.
• Engage in physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
