1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement of products from our warehouse to our stores. This part-time position offers an hourly starting wage of $23.75 and involves working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and contribute suggestions for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
