1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, reorganizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise, load shipments, and unload trucks.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaboration in work.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Efficiently organize work to support productivity.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
