Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment. You will also work collaboratively with your team to maintain warehouse standards and ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
