1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours a week, offering a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
