Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. The shift begins at 7:00 AM, and various schedule options are available to fit your preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and perform various physical tasks.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
