Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked efficiently, and customer service is exceptional. You will collaborate with team members, provide assistance to customers, and contribute to maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
  • Offer outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to management.
  • Participate in store inventory procedures and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older with the ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and other equipment following safety guidelines.
  • Interpret and apply company policies, ensuring standards are met.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is an advantage.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered.
