Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. You'll collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other relevant issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
