Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed neatly, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and confidential environment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and assist in maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register.
  • Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
