Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus will be on enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by delivering exceptional service and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
  • Experience in retail and knowledge of company policies is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
