Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer shopping experience through outstanding service.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Ensure store inventory accuracy and report any issues promptly.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
