Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
  • Assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on inventory and product issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Efficiently operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
