Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
  • Offer excellent customer service and assist shoppers
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct inventory counts and report product issues to management
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
