Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
- Offer excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Conduct inventory counts and report product issues to management
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
