Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI's team. As a crucial part of the store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
