Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our retail store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in customer service and professionalism.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves.
  • Assist customers with their shopping, communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data security.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently.
  • Capable of performing cleaning tasks to company standards.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
