Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. This position involves cashiering, merchandising, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision and attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures diligently and ensure security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to provide courteous service and follow company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
