Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Starting Wage

• $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
