Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and overall maintenance of our store. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies maintaining document security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
- Proficient in using a cash register and operating store equipment.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and adhere to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience a plus.
