Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position offers 32-40 hours per week and starts at a competitive wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
