Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, maintaining inventory, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products.
- Operate cash register and provide efficient customer service.
- Clean and maintain the store to uphold ALDI standards.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate equipment such as cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
