Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by assisting customers with their shopping needs
• Stock and maintain merchandise displays
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and perform physical tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
