Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating the cash register efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
