Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a range of duties including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide top-notch customer service, and contribute to the overall operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with the team and store management.
- Report product issues and inventory discrepancies.
- Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Adhere to security and confidentiality guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of operating store equipment safely and properly.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
