Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
