Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. You will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
