Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in merchandising, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
