Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently.
• Operate the cash register accurately and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with store cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
