Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position, offering 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register, handle equipment safely, and maintain cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a team player.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
