Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising and stocking duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards in the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
