Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer service and cash register experience preferred
- Ability to operate equipment and follow cleaning standards
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience is a plus
- Ability to meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
