Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash register, follow company policies, and handle inventory accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
