Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Offer top-notch customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on product issues and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Follow cash handling policies and perform assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
