Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to manage store operations efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, maintaining excellent customer service, managing schedules, hiring and developing the team, and ensuring the store's overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies, communicate core values, and foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness.
• Participate in the hiring process, manage schedules, and communicate job expectations.
• Conduct store meetings, provide training opportunities, and evaluate performance.
• Manage budgets, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of budgeting, personnel management, and operational processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior management experience preferred.
