We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of effectively managing a store, preparing you for your future role as a Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and fostering team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the store team to deliver top-tier customer service.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain store standards, product quality, and signage.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of store personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
