Job Description
Join the dynamic team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Cashiers are tasked with processing purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience. Both roles require collaboration with team members, adherence to company policies, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
Collaborative Teamwork: Work with team members and leaders to communicate effectively and ensure operational efficiency. Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
Customer Service: Stockers maintain product freshness and presentation, while Cashiers process transactions, assist shoppers, and deliver feedback to management.
Physical Demands: Be prepared for active tasks, including stocking merchandise, operating equipment, and standing, bending, and lifting as needed.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Familiarity with retail environments and product knowledge will be advantageous.
