Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position offering 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
