Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and our customers receive top-notch service. From stocking shelves to cashiering and maintaining a clean store environment, you will be an essential part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Perform store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality.
• Handle general cleaning duties and operate store equipment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
