Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and provide top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience advantageous.
