Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and maintain security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
