Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and cashiering abilities
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties following company standards
• Have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
