Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies for a smooth shopping experience.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
