Job Description

We are hiring Store Team Members to join our ALDI store team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products
• Operate cash register and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
