Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with your colleagues. As a full-time position, you will work an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
