Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Values - M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, uphold document security, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
