Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers and work collaboratively with team members
• Provide feedback to management and help monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
