Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in taking inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• General cleaning duties and equipment operation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is an advantage.
