We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness and organization, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
• Experience in a retail environment preferred
